Scott Davis has over 20 years experience in the inspection field. Before starting his own home inspection business, Scott was a Level II Nuclear Inspector. "Yes I wore the yellow suits".

Virginia Certified Inspector

Scott E. Davis holds a State Certification from the state of Virginia in home inspections and is founder of privately owned Southeast Inspections, Inc. since 1994 which is based in Newport News, Virginia. Scott believes in Home Inspectors being certified by the State. This helps to ensure that the house inspector you choose is truly qualified for Virginia Home Inspections and Commercial Inspections.

Infrared Technology

Scott is a Level I Certified Thermographer and a SIRI - Specialist Infrared Residential Inspector. He can see literally what other inspectors can not. FEMA Qualified

We have taken the steps to Qualify to become a FEMA Housing Inspector. When a disaster occurs, our name is on a list of qualified inspectors that is eligible to deploy to any area which made need assistance in the case of emergencies. This additional training has helped us better understand the way houses are inspected and reports are generated in case of a disaster. It is a FEMA requirement that we have our fingerprint results and back ground check in place prior to any deployment.
